Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other channels.Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Conduct reference and background checks as required.Negotiate salary offers and facilitate offer acceptance.Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and labor laws.
