The NetSuite Analytics Engineer will play a key role in transforming manufacturing, operational, and financial data into actionable insights across multiple facilities. This role sits at the intersection of business intelligence, ERP customization, and AI-enabled workflow orchestration. The NetSuite Analytics Engineer will be responsible not only for building dashboards and reporting solutions but also for designing and coordinating data flows, automations, and system integrations that drive operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate can translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development and insight generation. Key Responsibilities BI Development & Analytics Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions (primarily Power BI) across manufacturing, finance, and operations. Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and visualizations that support decision-making. Develop automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual processes and improve data accessibility. Ensure dashboards are scalable, consistent, and aligned across multiple facilities and functions. ERP Customization & Data Integration Design and implement ERP enhancements, particularly within NetSuite environments (SuiteApps, Suitelets, workflows).
