ABOUT THE ROLE You turn raw footage into ads that stop the scroll. You’ll edit short-form video ads for Meta & TikTok alongside Creative Strategists and Creator Coordinators - and you’ll own the quality of every edit you touch, from first cut to final caption check. WHAT YOU’LL DO Edit 5 short-form ads per day (45–60s) for Meta & TikTok. Own your edit quality - pacing, b-roll match, storytelling flow - and fix what’s off before anyone else has to point it out. Source missing footage yourself - AI generation, internet scraping, whatever it takes. Don’t stall the project. QA every deliverable before it leaves your queue. Zero caption errors, every time. Build hook variations and iterations to support testing and scaling. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Experience editing Meta/TikTok ads or performance-driven content. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent. Sharp editorial judgment - you know when an edit isn’t landing (pacing off, b-roll mismatched, hook weak) and you fix it without being told. Proactive by nature - when footage is missing, you solve it, when something’s wrong, you flag it, when a brief is unclear, you ask upfront. Strong English and zero tolerance for caption errors. What you submit is clean. HOW WE’LL MEASURE SUCCESS Output: 5 ads/day (45–60s). Turnaround: within 24–36 hours of receiving footage. Revision rate: under 5%. Caption accuracy: zero errors.
