You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Knowledge of a military installation's ITT program, including tools, methods, and techniques for assessing and administering leisure travel and recreational needs. Knowledge of the commercial leisure industry, including transportation, lodging, dining, and entertainment segments. Knowledge of safety, security, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures. Skill in developing and implementing business and marketing plans. Ability to conduct briefings and presentations too small to large groups. Ability to plan, organize, and direct a revenue-generating non appropriated fund activity. Applicant must have strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills. Must be able to lift objects up to 10 pounds. Pre-employment physical is required. Position may require an uncommon tour of duty. Tier 1 background is required.
