Job Description
Location: Central Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500 Responsibilities: Create, modify, and maintain 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and authorities’ requirements Update BIM models based on site changes, RFIs, and consultant feedback Generate BIM schedules, quantities, and reports Work closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams Requirements: Certificate in BIM / Autocad / Revit 2 years of relevant experience in BIM M&E drafting 3D model–based process used in construction and engineering to plan, design, build, and manage buildings and infrastructure.
