Position: Field Services Vendor Manager Department: Technical Services Location: Remote Reporting To: Field Services Team Lead Subordinates: None Suitable For 3-5 years of industry experience Job Functions Field Services Vendor Management's role is to source, assess, on-board new service partners and off-board uncooperative service partners for TRT. It is the responsibility of FS-VM to recruit quality service partners and develop strategic relationships with them to align with TRT’s strategies and objectives. Workflow: Proactive sourcing & onboarding of service partners on the assigned region making sure that they are within the market value. • Offboarding of inactive service partners • Annual renewal of service partner contracts • Handle the SeP sourcing task for within the ASSC process for transition of new customers. o On board at least 3 service partners (SePs) per customer location within 1 hour radius within the span of the 30-days transition period. • Arrange block of hours purchase for the trusted SePs with spare parts. Deliverables Required: • Maintain a minimum of 3 active service partners per customer location • Onboarding of 5 Service Partners per week with complete contract and within the market value. • All answers from service partners related to onboarding, contracts and offboarding are answered the same day. • Able to elaborate to service partner the potential scope of work and SLA expectations. • Negotiate with new service partners for the rates to be below the market value • Close the ASSC tasks within 21 days. • No inactive service partners are in SPDB (Service Partner Databa Requirements: • Excellent negotiation skills • Excellent in MS Excel, and Outlook • Prior experience in business development, sales, partnerships, community management, and other relevant roles • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with individuals from a variety of countries and locations. • Must have 1 year of experience handling IT syste
