About the role We’re looking for a client-focused and solutions-driven Business Solutions Consultant to help lead the successful delivery of Jesta I.S. ’s cloud-based ERP solutions for enterprise retail and supply chain clients. In this role, you’ll partner directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design scalable ERP solutions, and guide clients through implementation and transformation initiatives. You’ll play a key role in driving solution quality, building trusted client relationships, and ensuring successful project outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ERP consultant who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading functional discussions, and making a measurable impact in fast-paced retail and supply chain environments. Responsibilities Lead business process analysis and requirements gathering with client stakeholders Design, document, and validate functional ERP solutions aligned with business needs and best practices Facilitate functional workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations Configure ERP functionality and validate outcomes within agreed project scope Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, data teams, and product teams Support integrations, data validation, system testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities Identify risks, gaps, and change impacts, and propose solutions or escalate when needed Prepare client documentation, training materials, and support knowledge transfer Act as a trusted functional advisor to clients and mentor junior consultants Qualifications 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, business analysis, or enterprise systems implementation Strong experience in retail, wholesale, or supply chain business processes Proven
