Sandline Global is a premier litigation support and eDiscovery service provider, helping global legal teams escape the ups and downs of the eDiscovery quality rollercoaster. The Sandline Director of Client Advisory will be responsible for client outreach, building relationships, uncovering client pain points, and educating law firm and corporate prospects on Sandline Global ’s end-to-end eDiscovery services and differentiators. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to continued growth and improvement, a caring and empathetic approach to solving client challenges, and a friendly and team-oriented attitude. Candidates must have a passion for consultative selling and helping clients find a state of optimal agility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships and 3-6 years in eDiscovery or legal technology sales. Responsibilities: Research, prospect, and generate new business leads Draw on existing relationships and book of business. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services. Participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase sales. Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to meet overall company goals. Requirements: Proven work experience in eDiscovery or legal services sales or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong consultative approach to identifying pain points and solving client challenges. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Basic computer skills and familiarity with various CRMs. Education and Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred. Prior education in sales or marketing is preferred but not required.
