PURPOSE Key player in driving our vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry. Lead operational activity and drive performance at assigned T2's. Support material development & product commercialization efforts to ensure adidas objectives are met. Develop, coach and grow reporting team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for T2 operations and supplier performance across development, commercialization, & production stages at assigned T2's. • Monitor supplier performance, identify potential risks & coordinate mitigation efforts, initiating improvement plans as needed. • Implement processes & policies at assigned T2's; onboard new ones; monitor compliance. • Ensure company quality standards are effectively implemented and promote best practice sharing. • Ensure accurate, high quality and timely execution of prototype sample and bulk order fulfilment. • Coordinate counter development activities at assigned T2's. • Drive cross-functional, supply chain-oriented initiatives as directed by leadership. • Demonstrate partnership by regularly soliciting feedback from T2's; identify and escalate internal improvement opportunities. • Drive cross-functional, supply chain-oriented initiatives as directed by leadership. • Role model brand values and foster a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. • Team: develop and coach team members, identify and grow key talent, build and establish succession plans.
