Join us as a Operations Management Program Your main responsibilities The Operations Management program is a structured, 12-month development experience that combines formal training with immersive, hands-on field exposure. The program is designed to build a strong pipeline of Schindler’s most critical operational leadership roles, by equipping participants with the technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership capabilities required to succeed.
