We’re seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler to contribute to innovative projects, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in every product. Must Haves Hands-on experience assembling capital equipment 2–5 years of machine building experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong ability to read and interpret : Blueprints Schematics Assembly instructions Work orders Engineering drawings and models Ability to build equipment to engineering specifications , ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the production process Willingness to learn and grow within the role, including training on company-specific processes and equipment Nice to Have Experience in the tire and rubber industry What You’ll Do: Assemble sub-assemblies, final assemblies, and systems according to detailed drawings, Bills of Materials, schematics, and instructions. Operate and understand the use of hand tools, small power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Interpret pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing schematics and symbols to support assembly and repairs. Inspect completed work meticulously, ensuring it meets specifications before passing to the next phase. Perform repairs and refurbishments to maintain operational integrity of assemblies.
