HR Coordinator (Bilingual – English/Spanish) Pay & Schedule $30/hourly Monday–Friday, approx. 7:00 AM start (schedule may adjust seasonally) 40 hours/week Onsite in Bolingbrook, Illinois Overview Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support daily HR operations and overall office management in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to maintaining smooth branch operations and supporting a primarily Spanish-speaking workforce. Key Responsibilities HR & Recruiting Support Open requisitions and schedule interviews in ADP Assist with offer letter creation under management direction Launch onboarding processes and complete new hire paperwork Conduct new hire orientations and complete I-9 verification Help maintain training records and ensure completion Employee Support Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related needs Communicate effectively with a diverse, bilingual workforce Support employee engagement initiatives and events Office & Administrative Support Support daily branch operations and leadership needs Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage front office operations Perform clerical tasks: data entry, filing, scanning, and document management Maintain office supplies, uniforms, and PPE inventory Operations & Coordination Assist with purchase orders, inventory tracking, and supply ordering Coordinate meetings, trainings, and internal events Support fleet record tracking (vehicles, trailers, equipment) Help troubleshoot basic office technology issues Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required High school diploma or equivalent (HR education preferred) 3+ years of HR, administrative, or related experience Experience with ADP or HRIS systems preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Work Environment Office-based role with daily onsite pr
