What You’ll Do: Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML application development, from data exploration and model training to deployment in production environments. Architect hybrid models combining Classical ML techniques with Deep Learning and Generative AI to address complex healthcare challenges. Design agent-based reasoning systems that automate clinical workflows, ensuring "human-in-the-loop" safety standards are upheld. Serve as the technical authority on AI/ML strategy, ensuring models are explainable, robust, and compliant with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST. Bridge research and engineering by transforming innovative ideas into scalable, maintainable solutions. Mentor engineering teams through rigorous code reviews, architectural guidance, and best practices. Required Skills: Deep expertise in Classical ML (Random Forests, XGBoost, ensemble methods) and Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers). Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale, real-world AI applications. Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face. Experience with Generative AI and Agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph. Expertise in MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and version control. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and
