Quality Staffing Specialists are currently seeking skilled Registered Nurses to work within the hospital in the Medical/Surgical Unit. 29 bed unit that specializes in general surgical patients, pre-op and post-op care needs. Remote Tele capabilities, Medical overflow including all except true Cardiac with BiPaP and drips. CNA support and Unit Secretary. If not enough staff, unit does cap beds so RNs do NOT go over 6 patients. Daily census 27. Ratio 1:5/6. Required Skills/Experience: Must have 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical experience EMR: EPIC experience required Charge experience preferred Telemetry remote monitoring experience required Traveler will be required to pass an EKG exam during onboarding Location: Burlington, NC **Must reside >50 miles from facility to qualify Rate: $2,016/weekly Shifts Available: Nights: 7:00pm-7:00am, 3x12 hour shifts Scheduling Requirements: Length of contract: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 Floating Requirements: float to like acuities or less if needed Weekends: every other weekend required Holidays: every other holiday required No Call Credential Requirements: Resume reflecting all experience & explanation of gaps in employment RN licensure/compact state BLS Certification (AHA only) ACLS Certification (AHA only) **preferred, not required Q uality Staffing Benefits: Weekly pay by direct deposit Housing Stipends/ Meals & Incidentals for all healthcare professionals Paid Sick Time Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability (starts your 2 nd week) Referral Program One point of contact for all your staffing needs
