Job Description
The Agile Coach acts as a servant leader and change agent, enabling teams, leaders, and organizations to adopt and continuously improve agile ways of working. Leveraging expertise across multiple agile methodologies, the coach guides transformation initiatives, develops agile capabilities, and helps teams deliver greater customer and business value. Activities Support agile transformation and organizational change initiatives. Assess agile maturity and identify improvement opportunities. Coach teams, leaders, and agile practitioners. Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and collaborative working sessions. Drive continuous improvement through actionable improvement backlogs. Design and evolve ways of working, practices, and visual management systems. Create and maintain agile artifacts, metrics, and guidance materials. Foster alignment and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. The Agile Coach must meet the following minimum requirements: 5–8 years of experience coaching agile teams and supporting agile transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of Disciplined Agile and other agile methodologies. Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and agile scaling approaches. Strong coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills. Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
