Job responsibility: You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing stakeholder communication, and delivering strategic insights. Your work will directly contribute to our business continuity and financial optimization. This position offers a unique opportunity to act as a central interface between our internal customers, external vendors, and various IT and controlling departments. Key responsibilities: Order & Asset Management: Managing the asset lifecycle from creation to return, and issuing purchase orders to vendors, with a specific focus on Germany. Financial Control: Developing and maintaining financial controls for the global product budget, performing deviation analysis and defining corrective measures to achieve financial targets. Overseeing the entire invoice verification process for all global vendors, including data preparation, price validation, and documentation in financial systems. Data & Database Management: Creating regular and ad-hoc reports for management, controlling, and regional teams. Focusing on performance, data accuracy, and opportunities for deeper system-to-system integration.
