Roles & Responsibilities : Candidates with good language competency or a Minimum 1year experience in any customer service domain with multi-lingual voice campaigns. Adaptive to the project environment & execute the tasks independently. Quick learner with the ability to handle calls independently Willingness to work with flexible week-off with Shift timings covering 24/7. The associates deployed as a part of this engagement must be equipped to provide support in English & Hindi proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in Hindi & English Excellent verbal communication skill Any other Indian regional language knowledge would be an added advantage Basic Knowledge in MS Excel and analytical skills Educational qualification: Any graduate degree Experience : min 2 years’ experience preferably with calling environment Mandatory/requires Skills : Preferred Skills :
