Job Description
This is a combined role of both R&D engineering and product quality expert.   Systematically collect customer demands and inputs for product, develop competitive OEM product concept and product specification together with product manager and purchasing.  Translate product requirements from product management into technical language and specifications.   Conduct relevant product benchmarking to support the sourcing process.  Conduct problem solving for product development technical bottlenecks.   Set up product quality and reliability test plan. Validate the execution of the test plan.   Product technical risk assessment and preventive action implementation, participate and release DFMEA / PFMEA.  Make sure product meet relevant legal & Safety requirements in target markets.   Support European team solving the field complaint during the mass production stage.   Develop product function, module and system concept with purchasing and suppliers, calculate, simulate and verify the design and specified product functions to insure market launch.   Drawings, standards and technical documents management and control.  B.E/ Masters in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.  5 years experience in System engineering in home appliance area (Residential Air Conditioning / residential heating is preferred). <
