he Role The Hiring Growth Partner is Kyndryl's most senior talent acquisition business partner, serving as the dedicated TA advisor to assigned pacesetter business leaders. This role owns the talent acquisition strategy for assigned accounts — spanning professional hire, early career, and executive recruiting — and ensures hiring is never a barrier to Kyndryl's ability to win, deliver, and grow. The Hiring Growth Partner works collaboratively across the broader talent ecosystem — including HR Business Partners, Workforce Solutions, and Talent Management — bringing the TA perspective and insight that helps business leaders make informed, confident talent decisions. They connect the dots across TA activity, translate hiring progress into business language, and drive the hiring agenda for Kyndryl's most critical growth campaigns. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP, TA – Global Delivery. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the dedicated TA strategic advisor to assigned pacesetter business leaders — understanding their growth agenda, revenue targets, and customer commitments, and aligning TA strategy to deliver against them Own TA strategy and hiring outcomes for assigned accounts — ensuring the right talent acquisition approach is in place across professional hire, early career, and executive recruiting Lead TA strategy for high-priority growth campaigns — mainframe modernization, agentic AI, forward deployed engineering, and other critical hiring initiatives — treating each as a business growth enabler Bring together TA activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress into a clear, business-facing view for pacesetter leaders — collaborating directly with HR Business Partners and Workforce Solutions to ensure a joined-up, consistent talent narrative for the business Partner closely with HR Business Partners aligned to assigned accounts — ensuring TA strategy, hiring priorities, and talent insights are fully aligned to the broader HR agend
