Job Summary The Project Engineer supports the execution of engineering projects by coordinating project activities, preparing project documentation, liaising with customers and suppliers, and assisting with project follow-up. The role also provides basic technical support to ensure projects are completed smoothly, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating project activities and monitoring project schedules. Support the sales team with order processing and project administration. Follow up with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on project-related matters. Coordinate equipment deliveries, site activities, and project documentation. Prepare, maintain, and update project records, reports, and filing systems. Assist in preparing and revising technical drawings and project documentation. Support the preparation and submission of technical documents and drawings. Liaise with customers and suppliers on project progress, delivery schedules, and technical requirements. Coordinate with overseas suppliers, including China-based suppliers, on project-related matters. Attend project meetings and provide updates when required. Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1–3 years of relevant experience in engineering, project coordination, or a related field will be an advantage. Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents. Ability to generate, update, and revise AutoCAD drawings will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently as well as a team.
