Summary We are looking for a Technical Assistant to support the Technical Executive in coordinating daily technical and project-related activities. Responsibilities Prepare and compile technical submission, method statements, material submissions and product data sheets. Keeping these documents up to date. Assist in planning, organizing, and prioritizing daily work activities, and seek guidance from the Technical Executive when required. Provide regular updates on work progress and report any issues or abnormalities promptly. Demonstrate responsibility, accountability, and a proactive attitude in carrying out assigned duties. To attend technical meetings required by clients Assist in research and development activities for new products and solutions. Support the improvement and enhancement of existing products, processes, and work methods. Collect, compile, and maintain technical data, records, and documentation. Ensuring all technical documents are properly filed and updated, especially so in certifications and test reports. Provide technical and administrative support to the sales and project teams, including product information, technical clarifications and installation methods when required. Perform any other duties assigned by the Technical Executive Pre-requisities Diploma in Engineering, Building, Construction, Material Science or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, responsible, and able to work independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the construction industry will be an added advantage.
