Job Title: Admin & Accounts Assistant (Recycling Company) (ID9129) Location: Tuas Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm Basic Salary: $2630 ; Gross Salary: $3033 Benefit: *Variable bonus provided with AL 14 days *Company transportation provided at Boon Lay MRT Job Description: -Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), vendor coordination, invoice matching, PO tracking, and maintenance of procurement records and reports. -Monitor inventory and procurement compliance by maintaining vendor databases, conducting monthly stock takes, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. -Administer employee attendance and leave records by updating Times Software and HR databases, processing timesheets, and maintaining accurate employee leave information. -Coordinate workforce planning and scheduling by preparing monthly organizational schedules, annual management program schedules, and the annual MAEH calendar while ensuring timely communication of HR-related updates.
