Job Description Develop and maintain relationships with owner groups and B2B clients in Singapore, while promoting the Gree brand and building long-term partnerships. Establish and maintain strong relationships with owner groups, MEP consultants, and main consultants to understand project requirements and provide support to the business team. Develop and maintain cooperation for government procurement projects and support Gree’s entry into government procurement systems. Collect and analyze industry information, including market size, development trends, customer segments, customer needs, and solution offerings. Participate in key project relationship management and project follow-up to ensure smooth progress and successful project closing. Manage and empower the B2B team by developing promotion strategies for owner groups, MEPs, and consultants to improve sales performance. Enhance brand awareness and market competitiveness through stakeholder engagement, promotional activities, and industry events to drive business growth. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic business decisions. Requirements Proven track record in project sales, ideally within the HVAC or broader building services industry Strong technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and their applications Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with customers Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales goals Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to effectively manage relationships with regional clients and key stakeholders across Asian markets.
