The client is seeking experienced Wealth Manager to drive growth within the High-Net-Worth (HNW) intermediary channel. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with internal distribution partners to grow new business and market share. This role requires a strong understanding of HNW insurance solutions, relationship management, and business development within the life insurance industry. Key Responsibilities Engage and prospect new offshore clients referred by internal distribution partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand the firm’s presence within the affluent client segment. Conduct detailed FNA with clients and curate personalised recommendations & solutions. Drive awareness and adoption of wealth preservation, legacy planning, and protection solutions. Consistently update clients on the latest market trends and information regarding their portfolio Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory and internal governance requirements. Requirements Minimum Diploma required Minimum 3 years of wealth management experience Strong sales track record Strong understanding of life insurance, wealth planning, estate planning, and HNW client needs. Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
