Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Field Engineer to support the day-to-day execution of robotic deployments, technical testing, and coordination across project sites and stakeholders. This role bridges the gap between innovation and on-the-ground implementation and is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Deployment Plan and coordinate deployment of robotics solutions at construction sites Liaise with project teams, site supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Track equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting Support logistics, scheduling, and documentation of site trials and commercial rollouts Technical Support & Testing Assist in testing and commissioning of robotics systems Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-level support on-site Work with engineering teams on data collection, performance validation, and user feedback Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards during operations Project & Process Coordination Maintain project documentation, risk assessments, and operational records Help standardize workflows and SOPs for robotic use in construction environments Collaborate with leadership and product teams to relay site insights and improvements Any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned, in line with operational needs and project requirements.
