Record detailed entries of system incidents, user interactions, and technical updates for escalated support tiers. Review technical manuals and participate in internal focus groups to continually expand product systems knowledge. Formulate operational documentation and procedural guides to streamline troubleshooting workflows for end-users. skills and experience required. Academic qualification in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent engineering discipline. Practical knowledge or exposure within the fintech, financial payments, or digital assets domain. Basic familiarity with web development or object-oriented programming concepts. Clear communication and interpersonal capabilities to engage effectively with business users and internal stakeholders.
