About this role · Drive the growth of the Small Tools business across Singapore through dealer management, targeted sales activities, and calibration service promotion · You will serve as the product specialist while also contributing to sales opportunities identified during customer visits Key duties Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales and order targets Conduct regular business reviews with authorised distributors and adjust strategies based on performance analysis Support sales administration tasks including order processing for seamless operations Act as subject matter expert for the product range; support product demonstrations and needs assessments Proactively promote and grow the calibration business as a value-added service Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns Deliver technical training and sales support to authorised distributors Monitor market trends and competitor activities across related industries Identify and generate potential sales opportunities during customer interactions Requirements NITEC or Diploma in Metrology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Strong working knowledge of Small Tools and General Metrology principles (standards, technical drawings) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proven drive for results with effective relationship management skills Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills To apply: Send your CV to jeffrey@oaktree.com.sg Contact: Jeffrey Chua Kay Hwee EA License No: 06C4642 | EA Reg No: R1110624
