Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, job offer, application of Work Passes etc. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management Maintain accurate employee records Handle HR administration such as filing, preparing Letter of Appointment and other HR related letters. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data (attendance, leaves, overtime, allowances, etc.). Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Assist in implementing employee engagement and welfare programs. Support initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture Requirements Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Construction industry Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations. Proficiency in HRIS (Prosoft) and Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
