GAQ227R121 We are seeking a dedicated Billing Manager to support our billing team and help resolve billing and collection issues efficiently while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach. This is an Individual Contributor role and you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless billing experience for our customers and contributes to the continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will bring solid billing expertise, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational ability. They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a growing team in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The impact you will have: Oversee accurate and timely processing of all customer billings, including recurring subscriptions, usage-based charges, professional services, and one-time fees. Ensure invoices are complete, compliant, and delivered within defined SLAs and contractual timelines. Manage and resolve complex and escalated billing inquiries through the Salesforce billing queue, partnering cross-functionally to drive timely resolution. Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes, escalating appropriately while maintaining a strong customer experience. Drive process optimization and automation initiatives across ERP, Salesforce integrations, internal billing/rating systems, and CRM platforms. Identify process improvement opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to leadership. Perform critical month-end close activities, including A/R roll-forwards and account reconciliations, and support quarter-end audit requirements. Manage customer and vendor portals, including invoice uploads against purchase orders and ongoing updates. S
