Bring our workplace to life through exceptional audio/video experiences as our Sr. IT Support Associate, Audio/Video , where your technical expertise will power everything from daily conference room collaboration to our most high-profile company events. Your impact will be felt as you own and evolve our A/V infrastructure, lead the deployment of new conference rooms and event spaces, and serve as the technical backbone for flagship moments like GDC, Hack Week, and company All-Hands. You’ll also manage relationships with our A/V integrators and service providers, ensuring the technology we invest in consistently delights our employees and guests. This role will report to our IT Operations Manager and is based in our San Francisco office with an expectation of two scheduled in-office days per week, with additional onsite presence as events and project needs require. What you'll be doing: Own the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of A/V systems across our conference rooms, huddle spaces, and large event venues, ensuring consistent, delightful experiences for every meeting and gathering Lead mid-size A/V projects end-to-end, including scoping, design input, vendor coordination, installation oversight, commissioning, and post-deployment support for new rooms, refreshes, and event-space builds Serve as the technical lead for event A/V support across flagship moments such as GDC, Hack Week, All-Hands, and executive offsites, partnering closely with Workpl
