Our ad products — including Quests, Bounties, and Video Quests — are built around action and participation, not passive impressions. We're in an exciting phase of scaling our advertising business, and the AMs on this team aren't just executing campaigns — they're shaping how we show up for advertisers. As an Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of advertiser relationships post-sale and serve as their strategic partner across the full campaign lifecycle. You'll combine data-driven insights, platform expertise, and proactive communication to drive performance, grow investment, and turn first-time advertisers into long-term Discord partners.
