Responsibilities Promote and sell cruise packages to travel agents, corporate clients, and consumers to drive revenue growth Respond to cruise inquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and secure reservations efficiently Manage bookings including amendments, cancellations, and payment processing to ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with cruise lines, suppliers, and travel partners to maintain seamless operations and resolve issues Monitor booking deadlines and verify travel documentation requirements to ensure compliance and timely travel Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales customer support to enhance client experience and loyalty Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities Assist in training and supervising team members to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency Prepare detailed sales and operational reports to track performance and inform management decisions Required competencies and certifications Minimum 3 years of experience in cruise sales, cruise operations, or the travel industry Strong knowledge of cruise products and destinations to advise customers effectively Proficient sales, communication, and customer service skills demonstrated through successful client interactions Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems for efficient booking management Experience working directly with cruise lines or travel agencies to coordinate travel arrangements
