Deliver customized proposals and negotiate competitive agreements to meet profitability and budget goals. Responsibilities Identify and acquire new business leads to expand client base among overseas travel agents, event clients, and companies Develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with key clients to foster repeat business and referrals Prepare and customize proposals aligned with client needs and profitability guidelines to secure bookings Recommend and implement sales initiatives that increase visitation and achieve budget targets Collaborate with relevant teams to review and enhance product and service offerings regularly Update, document, and implement standard operating procedures for booking and sales processes to ensure consistency and efficiency Negotiate competitive rates, exclusive inclusions, and service level agreements in line with company strategy and policies Leverage existing business networks in hotels, airlines, and corporate sectors to support sales efforts Strong business network in hotels, airlines, or corporate sectors is advantageous Perform other ad hoc assignments and projects as required
