Field Enablement Lead will partner with the Regional Sales Leader and Country Managers across APJ to define, develop, and execute Sales Productivity & Readiness strategic priorities. This role owns the - Program Management experience — Proven ability to translate business priorities into cohesive sales enablement plans, conduct needs assessments across enterprise sales organizations, and own execution end-to-end - Cross-functional leadership — Track record of designing and leading enablement programs in partnership with senior stakeholders (Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing), including defining success metrics that measure adoption and business impact - Bilingual communication — Native/fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively across APJ & WW stakeholders
