The Network Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day network operations, ensure high availability of enterprise network services, and manage a team of network engineers/analysts. This role requires deep technical expertise , strong people leadership, and the ability to operate in a 24x7 global support, environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Network Analysts/Engineers, ensuring operational excellence and continuous skill development. Oversee implementation, administration, migration, and troubleshooting of enterprise network technologies including WLAN, LAN switching, Routers, SD‑WAN, BlueCat, VxLAN and CUCM. Act as an escalation point for complex network incidents, driving timely resolution and root‑cause analysis. Ensure network operations align with ITIL processes, SLAs, and enterprise standards. Manage operational workload through ServiceNow, including ticket handling, reporting, and trend analysis. Partner with engineering, security, and architecture teams
