Job Summary SuccessFactors Story Reports Expert Responsibilities Design build and optimize Story Reports in SF to meet business needs Customize template and dashboards build complex calculation rules to deliver actionable insights Transform HR data into meaningful visualizations and develop predictive & trend-based reporting for strategic planning Work closely with HR Technology Core Team and business leadership team to gather reporting requirements Manage SuccessFactors Reporting tools ensuring proper configurations and upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in a timely manner Advanced Proficiency in Story Reports and related reporting tools in SuccessFactors Strong Understand of SuccessFactors Modules like Employee Central Recruitment Onboarding and Compensation Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting or related modules
