Job Description
Role Purpose Manage end-to-end ESI compliance and benefits administration under PF, ESI, GPA, LWF etc Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and regulatory updates Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with ESI Act, PF, LWF, Compensation, GPA rules, and labour codes Manage ESI filings, returns, and contribution deposits Validate ESI wage calculations in coordination with payroll Administer ESI, benefits (sickness, maternity, disablement, dependents), PF, LWF, Employee Compensation and GPA Benefits Support employees with claim processing and issue resolution under ESI, PF, LWF, GPA etc Liaise with ESIC offices, hospitals, and authorities across India for providing benefits to all employees covered under ESI Maintain compliance records, documentation, and audit trails Provide SME guidance to HR and business teams Key Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Labour Laws, or related field Labour law certification preferred 3-5 years of relevant ESI compliance experience Hands-on experience with ESIC authorities and audits Strong knowledge of ESI regulations and labour codes Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems
