Your Role Mighty Jaxx is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly independent IT Executive to support and manage our internal IT operations across Mighty Jaxx and its subsidiaries. Supporting a global workforce of over 100 users, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment. Based in our Singapore headquarters, this hands-on position requires an individual who can effectively balance end-user support, identity and access management, IT asset governance, infrastructure maintenance, and cross-border project coordination with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for a technically capable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of operational excellence. Responsibilities Digital Workplace & User Lifecycle Management Administer and support core enterprise platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, and Acronis Backup. Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including user account provisioning, device setup, software licensing, and IT orientation
