We are currently looking for a Project Controls-Planner/Scheduler to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry. Key Attributes/Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software. Monitor project progress, critical path activities, and schedule performance against approved baselines. Prepare cost reports, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and earned value management (EVM) metrics. Identify schedule and cost risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support recovery planning activities. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and CQV teams to ensure accurate progress reporting. Generate weekly and monthly project controls reports, dashboards, and management presentations. Support change management processes, including impact assessments for scope, cost, and schedule changes. Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, safety, and project governance requirements. Participate in project meetings and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
