The Role We are looking for a Lead Recruiter (Commercial & Corporate Hiring) to lead hiring across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, CEO Office, and other corporate functions globally. This role combines hands-on recruitment execution with leadership responsibilities. You will partner closely with business leaders to attract high-impact talent, drive hiring strategy, and help build a scalable Talent Acquisition function capable of supporting BJAK’s rapid global growth. You will play a critical role in shaping the organization by hiring exceptional talent while mentoring junior recruiters and establishing recruiting best practices across the business. What You’ll Do Business Recruitment Leadership Own the end-to-end recruitment process for business and corporate functions globally, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, CEO Office, and other key functions. Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring priorities, organizational needs, role requirements, and workforce planning strategies. Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, compensation insights, hiring recommendations, and talent market trends. Lead recruitment efforts for senior, niche, confidential, an
