About The Role Veralto is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support the delivery of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across the United States, while contributing to the evolution of the Global Payroll function. This role is part of Veralto ’s Corporate HR Shared Services organization, within the Global Payroll team. The function is currently undergoing a transformation—from a decentralized structure into a more standardized and scalable global payroll model—focused on improving consistency, strengthening controls, and enhancing operational efficiency. This opening is primarily aligned to the Chicago area (Wood Dale), where the team maintains operational touchpoints. While the role is fully remote, proximity to the Chicago area is preferred to support occasional office-related needs. The ideal candidate is a seasoned payroll professional with strong execution capabilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment. This role is well-suited for someone who brings a leadership mindset and ownership, even if they are not yet at a formal manager level.
