Job Description
· Develop and compile precise cost estimates and tender documentation. · Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing and project information. · Review and assess variations, value engineering options, and related cost impacts. · Monitor and report on cost performance throughout the tender process. · Examine tender and contract terms, addressing commercial risks or ambiguities. · Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and meet required standards and safety regulations.
