Job Responsibilities Guide customers through available loan products and explain financial solutions clearly Assist customers with the full application process, including form completion and document verification Handle product enquiries and provide accurate information on requirements, eligibility, and processing timelines Maintain high standards of customer experience, ensuring every interaction is professional and service-oriented Build rapport with customers and support them in making well-informed decisions Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry guidelines Manage daily branch duties such as queue flow, basic administrative tasks, and service reporting Work closely with teammates to maintain smooth branch operations across both locations Ability to work in Hougang Requirements Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset Providing a Great, reliable, and professional attitude when dealing with walk-in customers Able to work least one weekend day each week Able to follow structured processes and handle documentation accurately Responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Prior experience in loan advisory, financial services, or customer service is an advantage — but not mandatory (training provided) Benefits Stable monthly salary with increment upon confirmation 5-day work week with one guaranteed weekend off Comprehensive on-the-job training Interested candidate, kindly click on APPLY NOW We regret that only short-listed candidates will be contacted shortly.
