Logistics & Transportation – Manage warehousing, shipping, and distribution networks. Production Coordination – Ensure manufacturing schedules align with demand. Risk Management – Address disruptions such as supplier delays, shortages, or transportation issues. Cost Optimization – Reduce supply chain costs while maintaining service quality. Performance Analysis – Track KPIs such as inventory turnover, fill rate, lead time, and on-time delivery.
