Job Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Maintain accurate inventory through stock counts, audits, and reconciliations. Manage inbound and outbound shipments and ensure proper stock control. Improve warehouse processes and apply best practices. Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams for timely deliveries. Prepare and maintain warehouse documents such as Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, and shipping records. Ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and audit requirements. Provide administrative support for warehouse and inventory activities. Update inventory records and stock listings regularly. Support urgent or emergency deliveries when required.. SAP & Inventory Management Process Goods Receipts (GR) and Sales Deliveries in SAP. Handle stock transfers and inventory movements within SAP. Create and maintain warehouse storage locations in SAP. Manage Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and Bill of Materials (BOM) issuance transactions. Generate monthly inventory reports for reconciliation and month-end closing. Conduct inventory reconciliations and support year-end audits. Assist auditors by providing inventory reports and documentation. Participate in annual stock take exercises. Reconcile consignment stock against physical inventory. Monitor long-aged inventory items for scrapping or buyback opportunities. Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company and financial controls. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field. Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management. Good knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) and inventory processes. Experience with stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
