Job Description Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and actionable deliverables for technical teams. Support AI and data-driven initiatives by assisting in the definition of AI/ML use cases, clarifying data requirements, and monitoring the adoption and effectiveness of AI-enabled solutions. Apply domain knowledge within Banking, Financial Services, or Education environments to identify process improvements, optimize user experiences, and support business transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain comprehensive business documentation, including process maps, workflow diagrams, requirement traceability matrices, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue management activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments, working closely with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, risk management, and continuous improvement. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline, with 3–6 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Digital Transformation, or related functions. Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Models, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM). Good understanding of data-driven solutions, including reporting, dashboards, data flows, analytics, and exposure to AI/ML, automation, predictive analytics, or digital transformation initiatives. Experience within Banking & Financial Services, Education/EdTech, or similar regulated and data-intensive environments would be advantageous. Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Excel
