Job Description Study project scope, drawings, specifications, Schedule of Price preambles, and contract conditions to prepare accurate tender cost estimates. Prepare and submit tender documents and respond to client clarifications during the tender process. Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to support tender and quotation submissions. Prepare engineering estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and bid documents based on drawings, specifications, and method statements. Develop project budgets and monitor project expenditures to ensure effective cost control. Prepare and maintain project cash flow forecasts based on approved project schedules and interim payments. Liaise with Project Managers and site personnel to gather work progress details and supporting documents for monthly progress claims. Prepare and submit progress claims to clients and follow up on payment certifications. Monitor design changes and variations and submit the necessary notifications to clients. Coordinate with engineers to obtain instructions and supporting documentation for variation works. Prepare variation cost estimates and obtain the required approvals. Track variation works and submit interim claims based on approved variation costs. Prepare subcontract agreements, Letters of Award, and other contractual documentation. Review and issue payment certificates to subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of project progress, claims, variations, and payment status. Perform other related duties and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, Contract Administration, or Construction Cost Management. Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, roadworks, utility works, or construction projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract administration, budgeting,
