Job Description
Facility & Infrastructure Management Maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and backup power systems. Monitor facility performance and ensure equipment reliability. Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Engineering & Project Management Plan and execute facility improvement and expansion projects. Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical specifications. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and automation systems. Maintenance Support Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Improve maintenance strategies to reduce downtime. Work with maintenance technicians and contractors to resolve technical issues. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Typically 2–5 years of experience in facility engineering, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations. Knowledge of: HVAC systems Electrical systems Building automation systems (BMS) Conveyors and material-handling equipment Preventive maintenance programs
