Customer Service Officer /$2,500 - $3,000 @Woodlands Perform quotation, SO, DO, DM, Invoices and distribute to production. Attend customers' email/calls on deliveries schedule or inquiries. Updates, schedule, monitoring customers sales activities (schedule change, ECN, consign parts ) Provide monthly Sales reports to Sales Manager. Input daily Sales Order into system. Update customers details, arrange outbound shipment documents, and liaise with transporter/courier. perform admin function and liaise with Inter Company for Inbound & Outbound transportation.
