ABOUT THE ROLE: The APAC region is home to some of the world's most ambitious airlines, and right now our team needs a growth-minded specialist who wants to actively manage and expand enterprise relationships, not just answer support tickets. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: You will take end-to-end ownership of a dedicated portfolio containing six to eight of our existing airline partners across the Asia-Pacific region. This means moving beyond routine account management to look closely at performance drivers, analyze revenue data, and co-author strategic plans that help your partners hit their annual and three-year financial targets. You will spend about 30% of your time traveling across the region to lead in-person quarterly business reviews, deliver technical insights, and uncover new opportunities to grow revenue. Connected AI tools help streamline your team's commercial motion by compiling partner research and mapping account plans, allowing your daily focus to stay on building consensus, handling objections, and delivering exceptional strategy. WHAT YOU BRING: You have at least one to two years of experience managing strategic B2B accounts, ideally within travel, hospitality, or hotel revenue management, where you handled complex enterprise accounts rather than transactional support. You are an analytical story-teller who is comfortable diving into spreadsheets or financial data to synthesize trends, forecast revenue, and present clear, compelling growth narratives to senior partner stakeholders. You possess a deep internal curiosity and an adaptable communication style, enabling you to guide technical product conversations and negotiate contract value seamlessly across diverse cultures and time zones. You are self-reliant and highly organized, meaning you can navigate multiple high-priority tasks, align cross-functional teams, and confidently manage account timelines with minimal hand-holding.
